Hey mommies, and mommies to be! I have finally made it to the third trimester! Ah, I am so excited. Just 12 more weeks till my baby girl is here, compared to 40 it feels SO close.  I am starting to feel a slow panic to get things ready and finish up my “project” aka – things I just never get done. I bought baby #2 the most adorable little outfit this last week, but that is the first thing I have prepared! I know it will all come together but I am busy making a list as I write this post. This week I had my 28 week appointment with my midwife and everything looks right on track, baby is head down and growing right on schedule. I also had my glucose test and am still waiting the results from that. I didn’t have a problem with my blood sugar the first time around so I am hoping it will be the same the second time. The drink was not really as bad as I remembered it, but by the time I drank it and had my blood taken and made it back home I was craving carbs and salt. I picked a “healthier” option and boiled potatoes and ate them with A-1 sauce. 😉  So Amazing.

My appointments have moved up from once a month to every 2 weeks, and then once I am 32 weeks I will start taking the birthing and newborn classes offered at my center. Never hurts to refresh right! 80 days to go and this girl is so happy!

THE STATS

How far along? 28 weeks – Baby is about 2.5lbs.

Stretch Marks? No, idk why I keep checking. :S

Best moment this week? I finally bought this little baby the cutest lil’romper! I found it at Target and it was so adorable and tiny I had to get it for her. I have started feeling slightly bad because I have not gotten anything ready for her yet!

Anything making me sick still?  I have had a lot of extreme tiredness this week, if I do too much or stay out too long doing shopping or errands I start to feel bad. Ick.

Food Cravings? Oatmeal, Ice-cream and Mango tea.

Symptoms? Tired, and in need of a lot of naps. Feeling less hip pain, but more stress in my back and spine.  Mild nausea if I skip meals, and or sleep.

Weight gain? 18.5 pounds. :S
