There is nothing healthier for your body than delicious berry smoothie. It is full of vitamins and healthy sugars it taste amazing with no dairy or processed products. I keep lots of frozen fruits so I can always whip up one of these, and that happens at least once a day! You can also use all fresh fruit, it just depends what is in season. Recipe below.
1 pint frozen pineapple
1 pint frozen strawberries
1 pint water
1 print orange juice
2 ripe bananas
Makes 1.5 quarts.
